These terms govern access to the Betxrails website and platform. They are a plain-language summary and not a substitute for your signed operator agreement.
Use of the platform
Betxrails provides infrastructure to licensed gambling operators only. You must hold and maintain a valid licence in every jurisdiction where you accept wagers.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your brand, your player relationships, your regulatory obligations and the accuracy of the configuration you apply to the platform.
Availability & support
Service levels, support response targets and maintenance windows are defined in your commercial agreement.
Liability
Betxrails is not liable for losses arising from your trading decisions, configuration choices or regulatory breaches. Full terms are set out in your operator agreement.
