Betxrails supplies technology to licensed operators. The gambling licence always remains in the operator's name.
Who needs a licence
Anyone accepting wagers from the public needs a licence in each relevant jurisdiction. Betxrails does not accept wagers and does not hold player funds on your behalf.
How we support licensing
We provide platform documentation, technical descriptions, control descriptions and reporting output that regulators commonly request during licensing or audit.
Jurisdiction configuration
Deposit limits, self-exclusion, age verification, tax reporting and market restrictions are configured per jurisdiction before go-live.
